Znichka LLC (“Znichka,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Znichka websites, apps, products, support channels, and related services.

This policy currently covers Znichka and its products, including GlassCast. If we launch additional products with different data practices, we will update this policy.

We use information to:

We do not use GlassCast session data or video links for advertising.

3. GlassCast Temporary Session Handling

GlassCast session data is designed to be temporary.

Session codes, video links, playback commands, and playback state are held in server memory only for the purpose of operating the active session. They are not stored in a permanent database.

GlassCast sessions automatically expire after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity. Sessions may also clear sooner if the serverless hosting instance resets or if a clear request is processed.

Because session data is temporary, we may not be able to retrieve or delete a specific expired session after it has already cleared.

4. Local Storage on Your Device

Znichka apps may store settings or session information locally on your device.

For GlassCast, the Android app may store your saved session code or app settings locally so you do not have to re-enter them every time.

You can remove local app data by clearing the app’s storage in your device settings or uninstalling the app.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Znichka website is built with Wix. Wix and related hosting tools may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies to operate, secure, and maintain the website.

The GlassCast Android app does not rely on browser cookies for its core functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

We use service providers to operate Znichka products and services, including website hosting, receiver/backend hosting, email providers, app store platforms, and video services you choose to load through GlassCast.

When you use GlassCast with a third-party video service, that service may receive requests from your device, browser, or receiver environment. Those services have their own privacy practices.

We use service providers to operate Znichka products and services, including website hosting, receiver/backend hosting, email providers, email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, app store platforms, and video services you choose to load through GlassCast.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share limited information only when needed to operate our apps, website, receiver, and hosting infrastructure; respond to support requests; troubleshoot technical issues; comply with law; protect Znichka or users; or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

8. App Permissions

Znichka apps may request permissions needed for their specific features.

GlassCast uses network-related Android permissions to connect to the receiver service and communicate over the internet.

GlassCast does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise GPS location, or calendar for its core functionality.

9. Analytics, Ads, and Tracking

At this time, GlassCast does not intentionally include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising tools, or analytics SDKs.

Release builds are designed not to log raw video URLs, session codes, request bodies, or playback payloads for production debugging.

If we add analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or similar tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required app store disclosures.

10. Data Retention

GlassCast session data:
Expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity and may clear sooner.

Local app data:
Remains on your device until you replace it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Support emails:
May be kept as long as needed to respond to you, maintain business records, improve support, or comply with legal obligations.

Technical logs:
Hosting and infrastructure providers may retain technical logs according to their own systems and policies.

11. User Choices and Rights

You can use GlassCast without creating an account. You can clear local app data, uninstall the app, stop using a session and allow it to expire, or contact us with privacy questions or deletion requests.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your personal information is used.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS where supported and data minimization practices.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Znichka and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
