Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Znichka LLC (“Znichka,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, apps, products, support channels, and related services.
By using Znichka products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
1. Products Covered
These Terms currently apply to Znichka products and services, including GlassCast.

We may add, remove, or change products or features over time.

Some video services may block embedding, browser playback, timeline controls, or receiver playback. We do not control third-party video services, their availability, their content, or their playback restrictions.
When you use a third-party service through GlassCast, you are also responsible for following that service’s terms, policies, and rules.
Znichka is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, or changes made by third-party platforms.
5. GlassCast Session Behavior
GlassCast uses temporary session codes so your phone and receiver can communicate.
Session data may include session codes, video links, playback commands, and playback state. This data is used to operate the active casting session.
GlassCast sessions are temporary and expire after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity. Sessions may also clear sooner if the hosting environment resets or if a clear request is processed.
6. No User Account Required
GlassCast does not require a user account for its core functionality.
You are responsible for your own device, receiver, browser, network connection, and any video links you choose to use.
